MOBILE CLEANING & CAR VALETING SERVICE (MCS) TERMS OF USE
The following Terms and Conditions will apply to anyone who placed a booking with Mobile Cleaning Services. If you place a booking, you also agree to our T&C's which can be displayed below, and on our Facebook Page.
BOOKING POLICY- WHEN YOU PLACE A BOOKING- YOU AGREE TO THE BELOW REGULATIONS.
RELATES TO ALL BOOKING PLACED WITH OUR COMPANY.
•NO REFUNDS POLICY- Our company offers a no refunds policy, if you have any complaints, please contact us and we will deal with them accordingly. However, under no circumstances, will we permit any refunds via cash, or bank.
•CONSENTING TO GDPR- When you book with MCS, you consent for your name, address and contact number to be held on a database. This is in regulation with GDPR (Data Protection Act 2018 now) which states information will be held for three years from your booking date. This is so we can track how many valets, and so we can have a customer list. If you don’t book again within three years, our database will automatically delete your details.
•CONTACLESS PAYMENTS- Any payments made with CONTACTLESS, will also require a receipt signature. This is so we can prove that you authorised the contactless payment, and keeps both end of the transaction safe and secure. This does not effect chip and pin payments.
•SNOW AND WINTER MONTHS- During months where it may be icy, snowy etc and the exterior of your car builds up ice at minus temperatures, depending on how bad this is- the exterior of your car will not be cleaned. This is because it is simply too much of a high risk for us, as snow, Ice and such like weather conditions can generate scratches on your paint if handled incorrectly. Therefore, during months of snow & ice, you may only have your interior cleaned.
•SIGNING OFF A COMPLETED JOB- Any standard, domestic, commercial or End of Tennancy Cleans will be followed up with a curtesy message to ask how you thought the job was done.
If you have agreed, yes, the job was done correctly and sufficiently, this means the job will be signed off.
From the sign off date, no further action will be allowed to take place regarding the job, as it has been signed off and completed.
In the event you don’t receive a curtesy message- you will have 48 hours to let us know if something is not right, before the job is Automatically signed off & completed.
